What do I need, and what does it cost?

A Solana wallet with USDC and a little SOL for network fees. The payer pays 0.5% of each release, and the protocol keeps 10% of yield. A wager pays 0.5% of the pot. Refunds are free.

    Who can move the money?

Only the agreement: the payer’s release, an unchallenged claim, a verifier’s signature, a ruling, a refund, or a mutual cancel. Unclaimed after the deadline plus grace? The payer reclaims it. The admin can pause new agreements but can’t move funds.

    Who decides a dispute?

A jury of 5 staked jurors, ruling in 25% steps. Each side posts a bond: 5% of the disputed amount, at least 5 USDC. Appeal to 11 jurors, then the full council. Above the council’s capacity, the protocol multisig [signers to be published] decides.

Is an AI deciding my dispute?

No. The copilot never decides, and jurors get no AI summary. Jurors are token stakers. Some vote through their own agent, which must publish a rationale. The staker carries the rewards and the slashing.

    How do jurors earn?

Stake [token] and vote. Active jurors share 50% of release, wager and yield fees in USDC, paid every 7-day epoch. Jurors who vote with the ruling split the losers’ bonds and slashed stake. Incoherent votes and no-shows lose 0.1% of stake.

    Can my agent use it?

Yes. The MCP server and TypeScript SDK cover every step, from draft to dispute. A paid API can answer x402 with escrow terms. SDK guardrails set a cap per agreement, allowed assets, a minimum review window and a minimum counterparty reputation.

Where does the yield come from?

Locked USDC goes into Kamino’s main USDC market by default. Expected 4–6% a year, variable and not guaranteed. It goes to the payer unless the terms say otherwise. A Kamino exploit or liquidity crunch would affect locked funds.

    Is my agreement private?

Terms, chat and evidence are private by default. Jurors see them only if there’s a dispute. Council rulings are published without names. Wallets and amounts are always visible onchain.

    Never chase a payment.
